Establishment and Objectives
The foundation was established by Decree No. 834 of 2018, issued by the Central
Administration
for
Associations at the Ministry of Social Solidarity. It is one of the most prominent
non-profit
organizations
and is considered the first institution specialized in supporting the arts of people with
special
abilities,
both locally and internationally, through the “Our Children International Forum for the Arts
of
People with
Special Abilities,” in integration with the Afro-Chinese Arts and Folklore Festival.
